Two-Disease Rule Applied Retroactively in Pa. Asbestos Case

Asbestos can cause multiple diseases, not all of which manifest at the same time. So, if you sue for one disease in Pennsylvania when it was a "one disease" state but get a second disease after the courts change the law to a "two disease" state, can you sue for the second disease?
