Jury reaches defense verdict in Madison County trial

Drywall defendants get a defense verdict in Madison County in a para-occupational/secondary exposure case. A wife washing her husband's clothes sues the maker of products her husband purportedly used. Her three sons who worked with her husband did not testify as to what products their father used but fourth son, who did not work with the father, provided the product identification testimony.

So, at least some juries in Madison County can see a bad plaintiff's case, or at least a fishy one, and render a defense verdict. And, to my knowledge, Hell has not frozen over.
